This is the dearest holiday we booked with Jet 2 which they passed off as a 4.5 star hotel (the hotel itself rates itself 5 star.) Jet 2 needs to visit this hotel it is definately a 3Star, to regrade...09/10/2026
When we arrived at the hotel we were told we were in a temporary room, if we liked it we could stay in there if not we would be moved the following day. The room was modern but tiny & dark with no balcony...04/10/2026
