Konstantinos V Christodoulou is an Electrical Engineer and a Class C Energy Inspector and maintains an office in Rhodes under the name RADICAL LIGHT STUDIO - CHRISTODOULOU V KONSTANTINOS.
He studied at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and has been professionally active in Rhodes and the South Aegean region since 2004.
He undertakes the issuance of Energy Performance Certificates, the drafting of Energy Efficiency Studies, and the submission process for the “Exoikonomo” (Energy Saving at Home) programs. He also develops fire safety plans on both active and passive fire protection and handles the issuance of fire safety certificates.
In parallel, he develops MEP and lighting plans for both residential and commercial buildings, incorporating control automation systems (smart home technologies) aimed at energy savings while simultaneously enhancing the functionality and aesthetic quality of the space to the highest degree.
He collaborates with various architectural firms on building permit issuance, as well as on MEP, fire protection, and lighting design.
