The Energy Inspector Ioannis M Soulis has been operating his technical office, SOULIS ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTIONS, in Rhodes since December 2007.

The office is staffed by experienced engineers and collaborators with many years of construction and design experience, capable of handling all stages of project implementation - from design to construction - with reliability and efficiency.

The firm undertakes architectural and structural studies, topographical surveys, as well as all types of electromechanical studies.

It also handles all related necessary procedures such as building permits, operating licenses for health-regulated establishments (HREs), active fire protection certificates, and the issuance of energy performance certificates. Additionally, it provides engineering drawings and certifications, preparation of files for the 'Save at Home' program, building identity file preparation, and electrical plans.

The office can also help regularize unauthorized constructions or handle the energy upgrade of your residence.

In collaboration with certified contractors, the office offers the possibility to provide you with a quote for any construction or electromechanical work you wish to carry out on your property.
