FOCUS PHYSIO - FROUDAKIS KIMONAS

Physiotherapist Kimonas Frudakis is originally from Heraklion, Crete, owner of FOCUS PHYSIO - FROUDAKIS KIMON physiotherapy center, he is a graduate of the Physiotherapy Department of the Higher Technological Educational Institution of Lamia.

He works as a physical therapist at the private clinic Creta Interclinic. He was for a number of years a physical therapist at the PAE OFH as well as in the infrastructure departments from 2011 to 2022. He has worked in the basketball department of OFH (A2) in the 2013-2014 season. He has also worked in a private rehabilitation gym (2014-2018).

He is certified in the 'Mc Kenzie' physical therapy method, mechanical diagnosis and treatment specializing in musculoskeletal diseases with the title cred. MDT. He is certified with the FIFA Medicine Diploma and the 11+ Injury Prevention Programme. He attends the postgraduate program 'Manual Therapy' to obtain the OMPT diploma (evaluation and rehabilitation of neuro-musculoskeletal diseases). He also follows the Mulligan concept, an internationally recognized chiropractic joint system.

He has also taken part in specialized seminars on sports rehabilitation, therapeutic acupuncture, sports bandaging, etc. He holds Rescue Training International / First Aid Training (first aid – pediatric first aid). He attended his practical training at the Venizelio General Hospital of Heraklion.
