  • Καλημέρα σας, στις 11.30 περίμενα για να αγοράσω μπριζόλες λαιμού στο πάγκο κρεάτων του καταστήματος. Η υπάλληλος εξυπηρετούσε ταυτόχρονα έναν πελάτη και διάφορες άλλες παραγγελίες. Όταν τελείωσε με τον πελάτη και ήλθε η σειρά μου, αδιαφορούσε και εξυπηρετούσε άλλες παραγγελίες . Στην παρατήρηση που έκανα ότι είναι η σειρά μου είπε: " Εμένα το μόνο που με ενδιαφέρει είναι η γνώμη των μόνιμων πελατών " Θα ήθελα να μου πείτε αν εσείς ενθαρρύνετε τέτοιες συμπεριφορές των υπαλλήλων σας. Ευχαριστώ
