EXELIXIS KENTRO EIDIKON THERAPEION

The EXELIXIS KENTRO EIDIKON THERAPEION, based in Corinth, deals with speech therapy, occupational therapy and psychological support for children, adolescents and families. Our center was created with great love, care and passion for our work, with the aim of ensuring that every incident that crosses our threshold, regardless of its age, progresses, exactly as our name suggests.

The scientific director and founder of the Center, Eleftheria Siskoglou, https://exelixis4.webnode.gr/viografiko/, is a licensed Psychologist with a postgraduate specialization in School Psychology, Couple Counseling and Special Education. At the same time, she is certified in the administration and evaluation of the WISC-V intelligence test, which is aimed at children aged 6-16. The scientific director of the center is also a licensed Dietitian Nutritionist with a postgraduate specialization in Eating Disorders, Sports Nutrition, and Pediatric Nutrition.

The services provided by our center are: speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychological support, couple/parent counseling, special education, school study, detection & rehabilitation of learning disabilities, creative employment, early intervention, preparation Elementary school, WISC V intelligence test, child nutrition (food selectivity, impaired growth, weight management, nutritional enrichment, weight gain).

Our center administers the ATHENA TEST for the detection of learning difficulties, as well as the EDEPPE test, which evaluates areas of intrapersonal and interpersonal adaptation and behavior, by the scientific manager of the center, Siskoglou Eleftheria, who has certified proficiency in administering them.Our center collaborates with a developmental physician, who visits the center on a monthly basis, with the aim of evaluating cases that require developmental screening or re-evaluation.

Each service provided at our center is supported by the corresponding graduate scientist, with the corresponding license to practice the profession. We give our best every day, setting and achieving the goals of each personalized intervention program with the aim of the optimal course of each incident. Our approach is purely interdisciplinary, involving the necessary specialties, depending on the needs of the case.

The children's parents or adult companions will have the opportunity to be informed, after the end of each session, about the goals and progress of the intervention program from the person in charge of each department, as well as to receive supportive instructions on how they can support and guide the development. The center's scientific manager and psychologist, Eleftheria Siskoglou, is at the center daily, providing support to children and parents.
