Ο ίδιος δήλωσε με αυταρχικό ύφος ότι «αυτός κάνει κουμάντο», φωνάζοντας μέσα στο μαγαζί επειδή τα παιδιά μας πήγαν προς τα τραπέζια πριν ολοκληρωθεί η πληρωμή, ενώ βρισκόμουν ήδη στο ταμείο. Επιπλέον, έκανε αγενή σχόλια λέγοντας να προσέχουν μην τους πέσουν τα παγωτά γιατί θα λερώσουν το μαγαζί. Παντελής έλλειψη σεβασμού και επαγγελματισμού προς τον πελάτη.
