  • Απαράδεκτος τρόπος και αδιανόητη αγένεια για επιχείρηση. Ζήτησα δύο καφέδες, ο ένας προοριζόταν για επισκέπτη μου. Μένω πολύ κοντά στο κατάστημα. Δε με ενημέρωσαν για αργοπορία. Πρώτη κλήση-παραγγελία 12.47, 13.20 οι καφέδες δεν είχαν έρθει, δεν είχα ενημέρωση και ο επισκέπτης μου έφευγε (είμαι χρόνια πελάτισσα και πάντα στα 10 λεπτά είχα παραλάβει παραγγελία).Πήρα να ακυρώσω τον έναν καφέ. Εκεί μίλησε μια αγενεστατη υπεύθυνη η οποία άρχισε να ουρλιάζει και μου έκλεισε το τηλέφωνο. Απαράδεκτη!!
