Not a 5 star hotel experience! Wrong room & Rude manager/noisy rooms with no privacy.

I do not consider this hotel to be 5* at all we booked all inclusive to find that the only bar that can be used is the pool bar when the hotel boasts to have many bars but fails to say that they cannot...26/08/2026

We will never return and absolutely cannot recommend this hotel to others. Poor service and rooms.
