Key stand outs were the griffins and kouros.

If you visit the Hera sanctuary, then this is worth visiting afterwards, as it contains items from there. A curated guidebook would be useful. More detailed labelling of the artefacts would also assist...01/06/2026

Interesting museum covering entire early history

This is a modern museum which was well laid out and very informative so well worth a visit. There is also access to some of the remains from which some of the exhibits were obtained. Fee was 10 euros...06/05/2026

Rude staff

Staff are very rude and unfriendly. Do not bring your children to the museum as they are not allowed to walk on there own. This s a place for very old people.17/05/2025
