This is definitely not a 5* hotel. It’s grubby and dated, the food is poor and much of the breakfast items are out of a tin. We contacted our rep and moved to a proper 5* resort.

No way is this a 5 star hotel 3 maybe. Room very dated, awful bathroom, no toiletries supplied. No bottled water supplied in room. Breakfast not great, orange juice, just tasted of weak diluted orange...
