Supposedly under renovation

The Ephorate of Antiquities of Messenia has just replied to my email to say that the museum will remain closed for 2026 due to renovation work.

Interesting artefacts poorly presented

Some interesting artefacts, mainly pottery, are presented very poorly and old-fashioned (antique :-) ). At least there were some very basic informations about the finding places (tomb nr. xy) and time...
