Absolutely appalling. Staff unfriendly and not willing to help. Couldn’t connect to WiFi on 4 th floor and was moved to a room where someone had clearly slept on the bed and it had not been refreshed...29/05/2026
Needs serious maintenance. My side bedlight was flushing as a disco light. Pillows hard as we are in the army, not enough toilet paper , noisy and TV not programmed so completely dark. I will give them...13/11/2025
