Poor Craftsmanship Backgammon

Ordered an expensive Backgammon, got one done with poor craftsmanship: boards is already scratched, the wood unacceptably cracked and reworked in an uneven manner. Nobody replies to complaints.21/10/2024

The customer is the problem
