KINTIS SPYRIDON

Kintis Spyridon, in Patra, is a qualified dietician - nutritionist, who graduated from the Higher Technological Institute (ATEI) of Crete - annex of Siteia.

His traineeship took place at the Health Center of Siteia. He has worked as a dietician - nutritionist at the “Help at Home” program in the Municipality of Dymi, in Kato Achaia for 5 months (September 24, 2012 - February 23, 2013).

He has worked as dietician - nutritionist at the company KALLISTO SPA in Eghio, for 4 months (April 28, 2014 - August 05, 2014).

He is the responsible dietician - nutritionist at the academy of the Panachaiki basketball team. Furthermore, he is an external associate of the OLYMPION Medical Center - General Clinic of Patras, as a dietician - nutritionist, from December 2015 until today.

With the TANITA MC 780 body fat meter - body composition analyzer, accurate measurements are performed (fat mass, muscle mass, measurement of total body fluids, separation between intracellular and extracellular fluids, fluid retention).

In combination with the anthropometric measurements (circumference of waist, hips, abdomen etc.), the planning of a 15-day personalized nutrition program is performed, for: obesity, healthy nutrition, eating disorders and medical conditions.

Moreover, the planning of a 15-day personalized nutrition program is performed, for pregnancy - lactation, children - adolescents, athletes and the monitoring of the progress of each patient is provided.
