ZOGRAFOS NIKOLAOS

The prefabricated housing construction company ZOGRAFOS NIKOLAOS is based in Rhodes. The company manufactures Swedish and Finnish houses, as well as prefabricated houses, metal buildings and stone built houses. It has been active in the field of prefabricated houses for many years and, also, renovates houses and businesses, as well as undertaking all types of construction work.

Our considerable experience working with prefabricated constructions, as well as the research we do on the building materials we use, has resulted in us building modern, anti-seismic & non-combustible constructions. These, also, have high levels of heat insulation, soundproofing & waterproofing, as well as functioning as permanent homes. These buildings are constructed from heavy duty concrete & iron.

We allow clients, with the help of our engineers, to choose the design, layout & style of their homes. We, always, provide a project delivery schedule and the whole experience avoids the stress and difficulties of a conventional home. We provide turnkey residences.

Our designs provide all the basic interior equipment at a much lower cost than conventional housing and we, also, provide energy-efficient building designs which give the best results.

We erect prefabricated houses throughout Rhodes and anywhere else in Greece.
