ZOGRAFISTOS NIKOLAOS MD

The general surgeon Zografistos Nikolaos MD was born in Heraklion, Crete, and more particularly at Archanes. He studied at the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from 1983 to 1989.

He was trained in the specialty of General Surgery at Venizeleio General Hospital of Heraklion. He was trained as an ICU specialist in the ICU of Venizeleio General Hospital of Heraklion.

He performs the following operations: cholecystectomy (laparoscopic and open surgery), hernia repair (inguinal hernia, umbilical hernia, ventral hernia) and appendectomy (laparoscopic and open surgery).

He undertakes intestinal surgical procedures (colectomy - enterectomy for malignant or benign disease), thyroidectomy and anorectal surgical procedures (hemorrhoids, anal fissures, perianal fistulas or abscesses).

He is specialized in pilonidal cyst surgery (with Laser), breast surgery (removal of suspicious masses, mastectomy, lymph node biopsy, lymph node dissection).

At the same time, he is specialized in the removal of skin-subcutaneous masses (cysts, nevi, lipomas, basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas, warts, onychectomy).
