VIO-IATRIKO - TOULKERIDOU P. THEODORA

The doctor microbiologist - biopathologist Theodora Toulkeridou, who operates the microbiology laboratory (bacteriological - clinical laboratory) VIO-IATRIKO - TOULKERIDOU P THEODORA in Rethymno, has graduated from the Medical School of the “Sapienza” University in Rome (Sapienza University di Roma).

She held her dissertation, having as title “Infectious Diseases and HPV virus”, and has participated in many educational seminars and programs of microbiology and biopathology, in Greece and Europe.

She specialized in microbiology and clinical biopathology at the Venizeleion Hospital of Heraklion and worked, for 15 years, as director of the Microbiology Department of the General Clinic of Rethymnon “ASKLIPIOS”.

She operates a private microbiology - biopathology laboratory, since 2013 (contracted with ΕΟΠΥΥ, the Hellenic National Health Services Organization), which has the following departments: Biochemical, Hematology, Immunological Department, Department of Cultures.

Specialized tests are performed, such as: spermogram, tests for infectious and sexually transmitted diseases, prenatal screening and in vitro fertilization and molecular biology tests (PCR).
