Doctor Christakis Dimitrios MD MSc, Obstetrician - Gynecologist, operates his private practice in Chaidari, Attica. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Turin, Italy. He started his specialization training in general surgery at the University General Hospital “ATTIKON” and completed his specialization in obstetrics-gynecology at the General Hospital of Athens “ALEXANDRA”. He has a post-graduate degree in “Assisted Reproduction and Regenerative Medicine”, as well as in “Organization and Management of Health Services”, and he is specialized in female infertility (IVF) and cervical pathology (HPV). His goal is to provide high quality comprehensive services in the sector of obstetrics - gynecology, in a fully equipped space, according to the international standards. At the practice, full gynecological monitoring is performed, such as: breast examination, gynecological and obstetrics color ultrasound imaging, colposcopy & treatment of medical conditions of the cervix. Biopsies, laser treatments, control and treatment of menstrual irregularities and of sexually transmitted diseases are performed, as well as the full monitoring of pregnancy and preparation for childbirth. The doctor undertakes the treatment of symptoms of menopause, infertility and of the polycystic ovary syndrome. At the same time, he provides consultation and nutritional instructions, as well as Pap Test, laparoscopy, contraception, in vitro fertilization and fetal ultrasound (3D).
