CURE KENTRO GONEA & PAIDIOU, in Thessaloniki, is a modern speech therapy centre staffed by speech therapists - speech pathologists, who provide specialised services for infants, children and adolescents and support for their families.

The centre has an interdisciplinary team of experts in speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology and special education, meaning it can provide thorough, accurate and reliable assessments and personalised therapeutic approaches.

Since 2003, the Centre has worked with people with speech disorders, developmental difficulties and psycho-emotional difficulties, offering treatments such as speech therapy and occupational therapy.

The centre’s goals include supporting parents, informing the community about speech therapy, and training therapists, through seminars and workshops.

The goals of the Child & Parent Centre include:

Services Provided: We offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, special education services, socialisation and psychotherapy for children aged 0-18, as well as support and education for parents.

Prevention and Awareness: We organise workshops and informational activities to help parents and the community at large to be better-informed about child development and behavioural issues.

Therapist Training: We invest in continuing professional education and support our therapists to specialise in specific mental health and special education issues.

Continuing Education: Every year we organise seminars and workshops to provide information about clinical areas that concern us and to allow our staff to further specialise in these areas
