Mental Health Consultant - Integrative Psychotherapist BSc Symianaki Chrysanthi operates the Counseling and Support Center, based in Heraklion.

She has completed further training in Integrative Psychotherapy, a form of therapy that combines theories and techniques from various psychotherapeutic approaches, offering a personalized therapeutic framework tailored to the individual needs of each client.She has also been trained and specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This is a psychotherapeutic method that has shown significant effectiveness in a wide range of mental health disorders, with depression and anxiety disorders being the most common.

She is a certified Life and Business Coach by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). As a coach, she successfully formed a team to organize the 2nd Planet Therapy Conference in Crete. She has also worked as a Business Coach in various organizations, contributing to improved employee performance, healthier operational practices, and increased revenue.She is a graduate of the NKUA’s vocational training center (ΚΕΚ EKPA) in Organization and Personal Counseling, and participated in the training program Managing Separation/Parental Divorce.She holds a certification in “Children’s Drawings and Psychopathology” from the Interdisciplinary & Research Center for Psychosocial Support of Children & Adults (DI.KE.PSY.).Additionally, she is accredited and certified in the “Stress Management and Health” program, with advanced specialization and practical skills in stress management, also from NKUA.She has undergone further training in Clinical Supervision (supervision of mental health professionals) and completed the Genogram Training Cycle by EKISYP.

Continuing her education, she holds postgraduate studies in Psychotraumatology and Trauma Therapy from the European Institute of Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Chrysanthi Symianaki completed her clinical practice at the Psychiatric Department of Venizeleio Hospital in Heraklion, Crete, where she provided ongoing voluntary work, conducting assessments and interventions for individuals with psychiatric diagnoses.

She is a regular member of the Hellenic Counselling Coaching Mentoring Association (HCCMA), a full member of the Hellenic Association for Counselling, and an official member of the European Federation of Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy (EFICP).

She has also been a radio producer (Alpha News 106.2) with a show focused on self-awareness and personal development.

Always open to expanding her horizons, she pursued knowledge in alternative therapies, obtaining Usui Reiki Level I and II certifications and training in guided meditation.
