ZERVAKAKOU GLYKERIA

Zervakakou Glykeria is a gynecologist-obstetrician who operates her practice in the center of Thessaloniki and specializes in In Vitro Fertilisation.

She was trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Great Britain, and subsequently specialized in medically assisted reproduction, in vitro fertilization, and reproductive endocrinology at the Imperial College of London.

She worked as a Clinical Research Fellow for 4 years at the Center for Assisted Reproduction at Hammersmith Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. At the same time, she collaborated with the IVF Assisted Reproduction Center of the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm and with the Department of Chemistry of the University of Surrey.

She returned to Greece and has since been exclusively involved in her field of expertise: the investigation and treatment of infertility, offering each couple personalized care with honesty and transparency. She is involved in the full range of assisted reproduction, with particularly high success rates, even in cases with multiple previous failed attempts. With her help, thousands of children have been born, both in Great Britain, as well as in Greece.

She is a scientific associate at the Fertilia IVF Center of the Genesis Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, where she also treats patients from abroad. The Embryology Laboratory is accredited and organized according to the strictest standards and operates with a specialized team of expert clinical embryologists and geneticists.
