VIORMONIKI - MASTORAKOU ANNA

The medical diagnostic center VIORMONIKI - MASTORAKOU ANNA is based in Patra. It is a modern nuclear medicine laboratory, which has the necessary equipment for tests that are carried out and regard special laboratory investigations, such as, for example, complete blood count, blood drawing, haematocrit, erythrocyte and leukocyte count, etc.

Ms. ANNA MASTORAKOU, who is a specialized nuclear medicine physician, has all the necessary equipment in her modern nuclear medicine laboratory, as well as the necessary long-term experience to perform multiple, specific radioimmunological assays and immunoradiological measurements (RIA / IRMA).

For routine tests (e.g. thyroid, hormonal tests etc.) there is no need of an appointment, unless the presence of the doctor is deemed necessary.

The laboratory holds an ISO certification by DQS GmbH, for the development and implementation of a quality management system for radioimmunological assays (RIA / IRMA) and immunological tests. It is also certified for first-trimester prenatal screening for Down syndrome by the internationally recognized “Fetal Medicine Foundation” (FMF).

At the diagnostic center VIORMONIKI - ANNA MASTORAKOU tests for thyroid, osteoporosis, menopause, hypertension, acne, hirsutism, miscarriages, endometriosis, prenatal control, menstrual disorders and in vitro fertilization are performed.

Pediatric endocrinology, diabetes mellitus tests, the measurement of drug levels, allergy tests, cancer markers, obesity, anemia, fertility, pregnancy tests and molecular screening are also performed.

The laboratory cooperates with all social insurance funds and the following insurance companies: Ethniki Insurance, Alico, Allianz, Atlantic Union, International life, Evropaiki Pisti, Eurostar and Diners.

Urgent examinations are performed outside of the scheduled hours after personal consultation.
