She is a prominent member of the American Academy of Dermatology, with the title International Fellow Physician Dermatology, of the European Academy of Dermatology and many other international and Greek scientific associations. She has completed her doctoral thesis and her assistant professor thesis. She is former head of the department of Autoimmune diseases at A. Syggros Hospital with specialization in Lupus Erythematosus, Scleroderma, Pemphigus and Psoriasis and other autoimmune allergic diseases.
